The room had a great TV, but the shower door leaked water everywhere.

Convenient metro access greatly simplified my travels.
I experienced issues with the shower leaking water everywhere, making it quite frustrating to use. The absence of a kettle in the room was disappointing since I enjoy having hot beverages. the breakfast options felt limited and did not justify the price, leaving me underwhelmed during my stay.

Location near Neuperlach Süd metro station makes travel easy. clean, compact rooms ideal for short stays.
Rooms felt a bit cramped, especially with extra beds. Ventilation system runs constantly without air conditioning, and some noise comes from nearby beer garden late at night. No kettle in-room for hot drinks, which feels essential, and breakfast at €12 doesn’t offer much variety.

great access to parks and public transport for exploration
Staying here made my weekend in Munich so enjoyable. just a short walk to the Neuperlach Süd metro station meant I could spontaneously hop on a train and reach the city center in about 15 minutes, while the nearby Hachinger Bach park offered beautiful paths for relaxing strolls.

i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but then i remembered the shower door that leaked everywhere. oh, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast, which was absolutely below average. surprisingly, no one thought to upgrade my room or offer any complimentary perks, how rude of them!

The Double Room we stayed in was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. it felt a bit cramped, especially with the extra bed for the child. The room amenities worked well, but I wouldn’t recommend putting your head on the far side of the pillow. it had everything we needed for our stay.
